POST METRIC |
The Government of Tamil Nadu offers Post-Metric Scholarships for BC/MBC/DNC/SC/ST students to support and pursue technical education in engineering colleges. It provides students with the opportunity to continue their higher educational studies and makes for a successful completion of their course in engineering colleges.

PRAGATI |
Scheme being implemented by AICTE aimed at providing assistance for advancement of Girls pursuing technical education. This is an attempt to give young women the opportunity to further her education and prepare for a successful future by “Empowering Women through Technical Education”. |
1) The girl candidate should be admitted to First year of Degree level course OR Second year of Degree level course through lateral entry in any of the AICTE approved Institution of respective year. 2) Maximum two girl child per family are eligible. 3) Family income from all sources should not be more than Rs. 8 lakh per annum during the current financial year. A valid income certificate issued by State/ UT Government need to be enclosed. |

SAKSHAM |
Saksham is a MHRD Scheme being implemented by AICTE aimed at providing encouragement and support to specially-abled children to pursue technical education. This is an attempt to give every young student, who is otherwise specially-abled, the opportunity to study further and prepare for a successful future through technical education/ knowledge. |
1) The candidate should be admitted to First year of Degree level course OR Second year of Degree level course through lateral entry in any of the AICTE approved Institution of respective year. 2) Specially-abled student, having disability of not less than 40%. 3) Family income from all sources should not be more than Rs. 8 lakh per annum during the current financial year. A valid income certificate issued by State /UT Government need to be enclosed. |

HIGHER EDUCATIONAL SPECIAL SCHOLARSHIP |
The government of Tamil Nadu provides scholarships for SC/ST students to support their higher studies in engineering colleges. |

Scholarship amount of Rs. 8000/- will be awarded as per Government norms every year of study |
Note: Students are eligible to apply for only one scholarship.
