The duty of this Committee is:
i. To enquire the complaints received from the aggrieved women in respect of sexual harassment.
ii. The Principal upon receipt of the report from the Committee shall, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the person complained against, submit the case with the Committee recommendation to the Governing Council of the College.
iii. The Governing Council shall confirm with or without modification the penalty recommended after duly following the prescribed procedure.
